To help us lead this mission, we are looking for a Design Director.

Together with our consulting and design teams, you develop projects, nurture people, and build lasting client relationships. You bring clarity, provide direction, and lead design processes with responsibility and passion.
You have a natural talent for management and organization, combined with a deep appreciation for design. You structure tasks, bring people together, and navigate multiple parallel projects smoothly through all phases—from initial concept to final delivery.
You define project architectures, plan resources, and keep a close eye on quality, budget, timing, and profitability, while identifying opportunities to grow both our clients and our team.
You deliver high-quality work, foster independence, provide confidence, share responsibility, and create an environment where teams can learn and grow together.
You are comfortable working at a strategic level just as much as dive into the details.
You communicate clearly with the design team, our consultants, and our clients. You listen, ask the right questions, and align diverse perspectives toward a shared goal.
