How can retail space be transformed into an engaging experience for customers?

Micasa aimed to connect more closely with people by providing smaller spaces in city centers that combine inspiration, consultation, and product range. The challenge: to make the extensive offerings tangible while creating a new, personalized shopping experience.

Solution

A new spatial concept emerged from the brand idea: A yellow circle symbolizes optimism, structure provided by a modular grid, and flexible frame elements that form spaces and can be recombined. This system creates room for changing themes, curated assortments, and spontaneous experiences—without the need for drywall, yet with high adaptability. This is how the micasa Experience Store became a place where design, quality, and inspiration can be experienced.

"Thanks to the intelligent design of flexible elements, new worlds and exciting shopping experiences can be continuously created in a sustainable manner."
Chana Wernli
Head of Visual Merchandising at Micasa

We design spaces that go beyond pure functionality – with systems that combine orientation, emotion, and efficiency. The micasa Experience Store demonstrates how architecture brings brands to life – design that combines function and emotion.
